Return Policy

At Alara Boutique California, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied.
However, it may happen that you wish to return a product.
This document clearly explains our return policy.

Return Conditions

  • You may only request a return after physically receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of partially returning them is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via info@alaraboutiquecalifornia.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in P.R.C).

  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
